Meet Judi Brown

My optimism wears heavy boots and is loud!

Heyyyy, I’m Judi.

 To quote Henry Rollins, Judi will tell you" My optimism wears heavy boots and is loud". Judi Brown, an A.C.E. certified personal trainer and wellness specialist with a Bachelors of Science Degree degree in Physical Education, has worked in the fitness industry in Los Angeles for over twenty years and in Bend for the last two. Judi has been a fitness enthusiast all her life. Judi is a marathon runner, extreme ultra -distance hiking adventurer, dancer, spinning instructor, boulderer, choreographer and gymnast and mom of 3. Judi studied Physical Education at the University of South Florida and received a Bachelors of Science degree while competing as an NCAA athlete. After college, Judi immediately began teaching a variety of fitness classes such as Indoor Cycling, Body Sculpting, Step Aerobics, Funk and Hip-Hop, and also worked as a certified Personal Trainer.
Judi designed and created the fitness program for Burn Fitness, a new gym in Santa Monica, CA, where she also acted as fitness coordinator in charge of hiring and overseeing the instructors and fitness department. Judi also taught a variety of fitness classes such as Spinning, TRX, and Tabata. Judi rocked the fitness industry for 20 years as a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, TRX trainer, fitness writer, and on-camera fitness personality

In 2011 Judi became a featured trainer on www.DailyBurn.com, where she designed and starred in 6 fitness videos. DailyBurn currently has over 3.5 million subscribers worldwide, and you can work out with her anytime @DailyBurn.com, as well as her own "Walk Fit" video currently being sold on Amazon.
Judi began working behind the camera in fitness production in 2011.
